Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products are final. Once a digital product has been successfully purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our content and intellectual property.

We encourage customers to review the product description and sample content (if provided) before purchasing. If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

USB Pen Drives

All USB pen drives are tested for quality and functionality before dispatch. Since they contain licensed media content:

• Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or compatibility issues.

• In the rare event of a defective or damaged USB drive upon delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receipt at support@magicbox.co.in with your order number and a clear description (or photo/video) of the issue. We will evaluate and offer a replacement if eligible.
